about

I’m Mud, an unconventional artist exploring themes of mental health, resilience, and transformation.
My work is deeply personal—rooted in my own experiences with mental health and the ongoing journey of recovery.
Using mixed media, acrylics, cardboard, and found materials, I navigate the fragility and resilience of the human mind, transforming discarded objects into something seen, something felt.

I create intuitively, delving into the raw, unfiltered truth of the human mind—its struggles, its survival against itself.

My work is about plumbing the darkest depths of consciousness and emerging—gasping, reaching for solid ground. Through each piece, I extend a hand and say, “I’ve been there too.”

At its core, my art is about connection. It’s imperfect, exposed, and vulnerable—but it’s real. And in that realness, I hope we find each other.

My work will be exhibited at Bethlem Gallery from 2nd July-20th September 2025, and I invite you to follow along, connect, and explore more.
